On February 20-21, 2009, four churches in the Lansing, Michigan area are sponsoring a conference to celebrate the 500th birthday of John Calvin. Featuring Collin Hansen as the keynote speaker, Magnifying God: The Legacy of John Calvin in the 21st Century will focus on the distinctives of Calvin’s thoughts and how they are finding expression and appreciation in the church 500 years after his birth.
