God's Glory in Salvation through Judgement

God’s Glory in Salvation through Judgment: A Biblical Theology

By James M. Hamilton Jr.

Print: $40.00 $19.99

E-book: $19.99 $6.99

Drawing from God’s self-revelation in Exodus 34, Hamilton moves through the Bible book by book, showing that there is one theological center to the whole Bible: God’s glory in salvation through judgment.

“I was riveted. Never do I sit down and read sixty pages of ANY book that I get in the mail. But I could not stop—could not stop reading and could not stop rejoicing over God’s Glory in Salvation through Judgment. It is the kind of overview of redemptive history Edwards wanted to write. It’s what I hoped would be written.”
John Piper, Founder, desiringGod.org; Chancellor, Bethlehem College and Seminary

Kingdom through Covenant

Kingdom through Covenant: A Biblical-Theological Understanding of the Covenants

By Peter J. Gentry and Stephen J. Wellum

Print: $45.00 $21.99

E-book: $19.99 $9.99

Introduces an alternative to covenant theology and dispensationalism that positions covenant as the key to understanding Scripture’s narrative plot structure.

“Gentry and Wellum offer a third way, a via media, between covenant theology and dispensationalism, arguing that both of these theological systems are not informed sufficiently by biblical theology. This book is a must read and will be part of the conversation for many years to come.”
Thomas R. Schreiner, James Buchanan Harrison Professor of New Testament Interpretation, The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary

Recovering Classic Evangelicalism: Applying the Wisdom and Vision of Carl F. H. Henry

By Gregory Alan Thornbury

Print: $17.99 $8.99

E-book: $13.99 $4.99

Carl F. H. Henry, one of the founding patriarchs of evangelicalism, has much to offer the church today. Covering topics such as inerrancy and culture, this book assists theologians and church-goers alike in renewed engagement with today’s world.

“The enduring influence of what Greg Thornbury wisely calls ‘classic evangelicalism’ is critical for the health and vitality of Christianity in America. He wisely looks to the greatest intellectual figure of twentieth century evangelicalism, Carl Henry, as a mentor and guide.”
R. Albert Mohler Jr., President and Joseph Emerson Brown Professor of Christian Theology, The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary

“In these pages evangelical leaders become tour guides to their own denominational heritage. Authoritative? Yes. Absorbing? That too. Enriching? Very much so. Taste and see.”
J. I. Packer, Board of Governors’ Professor of Theology, Regent College

Can You Believe It's True?

Can You Believe It’s True?: Christian Apologetics in a Modern and Postmodern Era

By John S. Feinberg

Print: $40.00 $19.99

E-book: $19.99 $9.99

Noted scholar John Feinberg counters modern and postmodern skepticism, arguing that truth is both real and knowable. He makes a compelling case for Christian truth, epistemology, and apologetics through careful analysis and skilled argumentation.

“John Feinberg is one of today’s most accomplished Christian scholars. Can You Believe It’s True? manages to make a large and complex body of material accessible. Both theoretically solid and ultimately practical, this book will contribute enormously to showing how Christian faith is reasonable, credible, and pertinent to our confused world.”
William Edgar, Professor of Apologetics, Westminster Theological Seminary, Philadelphia
