Crossway Impact Introduces New Ebook Benefit

Crossway Impact is Crossway’s exclusive rewards program. These “rewards with a mission” give members special access to our gospel-centered resources while supporting the global impact of these tools.

If you haven’t heard of Impact, now may be a good time to joinFor a one-time fee of any amount, members receive several benefits, including:

  • 25% discount on everything you purchase from Crossway.org
  • Flat shipping rate of $5 per order (excluding bulk orders of case quantities or special sales where specified)
  • Exclusive monthly offers sent via email. These might include a free book, special sale, or exclusive content.

Additionally, 5% of every Impact order funds special ministry projects, like the worldwide distribution of the Global Study Bible.

New Impact Ebook Benefit

Today we’re pleased to announce another benefit available to Crossway Impact members.

Although readers often have a preference for reading books in print or digital formats, we recognize that at times it’s helpful to own both. Beginning today, Crossway Impact members buying a print book will have the option of adding the ebook (if available) at a 75% discount.

So, for example, when Impact members purchase a copy of Risk Is Right at the normal 25% Impact discount, they can now add the ebook to their order for just $1.50. When members select Hole In Our Holness or Dangerous Calling and they can get the ebooks as well for just $3.50 and $4.00, respectively.*

If you’re already an Impact member, we encourage you to take advantage of this new benefit. If you’re not an Impact member, now’s a great time to join! Signing up is quick and easy – all you have to do is name your own fee for a lifetime membership.

*Please note this benefit is available only during the initial checkout process. These discounted ebook prices will only be available with the purchase of the print item on the same order, and will not be offered after the order is completed.

Crossway Impact Updates (Including $5 Flat Shipping)

We’ve been gaining valuable feedback from Crossway Impact members and have identified a few ways to improve the program. Crossway Impact is now stronger, simpler, and more sustainable.

The Impact program now includes the following benefits:

  • Name your own membership fee: For a fee of any amount ($1 or greater) you can enjoy Crossway Impact for as long as you choose to be a member (only available with a U.S. mailing address).
  • 25% discount on all books & Bibles: The discounted Impact price is displayed in red alongside each product on Crossway.org, so you always know how much you’re saving.
  • $5 flat shipping rate for any order: Regardless of the number of books you order you’ll only pay $5 for shipping and handling (with a few exceptions such as the Economy Bible special).
  • 5% of every purchase supports global ministry initiatives: Crossway designates 5% of all Impact purchases to a ministry fund that supports a variety of projects. Through the end of 2012, for example, Impact dollars will further support the global distribution of the Global Study Bible to individuals and ministries who don’t have access or can’t afford it on their own.
  • Exclusive emails containing news about upcoming books and Bibles, special offers, or exclusive content: We work hard at keeping these varied and meaningful and send them to Impact members once or twice a month.

If you’re already an Impact member, it’s important that you read the email we sent about these changes.

Crossway Impact exists to connect you to great resources and to make a difference in the world for the spread of the gospel. Sign up today or learn more about Crossway’s not-for-profit ministry.

Assist Victims of Sexual Assault Through Crossway Impact

One unique aspect of the Crossway Impact program is how it’s designed to further support the work of six other ministries. Not only do Impact members receive exclusive benefits but they’re also sending 5% of every purchase to a ministry of their choice through Crossway (a not-for-profit organization).

That’s why we call it “Rewards with a Mission.”

Today we want to tell you about one important Crossway Impact effort we’re doing in partnership with the Resurgence.

One of our recent Re:Lit books is Rid of My Disgrace: Hope and Healing for Victims of Sexual Assault. Here’s a brief description:

One in four women and one in six men are or will be victims of sexual assault in their lifetime. But as sobering as the statistics are, they don’t begin to speak to the darkness and grief experienced by the victims. Because sexual assault causes physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual pain, victims need clear help, hope, and healing. In Rid of My Disgrace, Justin and Lindsay Holcomb, a couple experienced in counseling victims of sexual assault, explain how the grace of God can heal the broken and restore the disgraced.

This February and March, every Crossway Impact member who selects the Resurgence as their 5% option at checkout will be directly helping sexual assault victims.

In honor of Sexual Assault Awareness Month in April, the Resurgence will use all Impact proceeds to give copies of Rid of My Disgrace to clinics working in sexual assault recovery and prevention. Copies of Rid of My Disgrace will be distributed to victims in need of healing and the gospel.

If you’re not an Impact member yet, take a moment to learn more about the program. If you are a member, please keep the Resurgence and Sexual Assault Awareness Month in mind as you consider your next order on Crossway.org.

“Give Thanks, Give Bibles” Campaign Impact

We’re excited to announce that, as a result of your partnership in our “Give Thanks, Give Bibles” campaign, Crossway will be sending nearly 400 Study Bibles to Christians in the Global South via Desiring God International Outreach! Thanks to everyone who “Liked” our Facebook page and shared what we were doing with others. Please pray with us that these Bibles will be a blessing to our brothers and sisters and be used in the spread of the gospel!

Want to partner with Crossway on similar efforts? We invite you to join Crossway Impact, our new rewards program for readers who want to make an additional impact with the books they’re buying.

Crossway Impact is designed to serve our readers by offering the following annual benefits.

  • 3 FREE books (choose print or e-books from a monthly list which must ship with a purchase of any amount)
  • 25% OFF all books and Bible purchases on Crossway.org
  • Free shipping on orders over $50
  • Exclusive monthly offers

Crossway Impact also gives you an opportunity to make a difference with every book you buy. We’ll send 5% of everything you spend to a ministry of your choice—ministries that are planting and building healthy churches, equipping Christians for life and ministry, and carrying out Gospel-driven initiatives around the world.

For the first year of the program, we’re making these benefits available to as many Crossway readers as possible by letting you determine the value of your rewards (worth at least $40 in free books alone!). That means you name your own membership fee, whatever you can afford.

Sign-up for Crossway Impact today.
