  1. The Gospel accounts of Jesus’ birth do not mention any innkeeper. And it is more likely that the kataluma in Luke 2:7 refers to a guest room, or guest quarters, rather than an inn.

    Not a fan of sentimentality when it comes to celebrating anything to do with Christianity.

  2. Ten days early? This year we aren’t reading over those words, “Herod slew all the male children, two years old and under,” quite so fast. Thank you, and thank God, He knew what tone this Christmas would take, for so many, this year.

  3. loved this. nothing wrong with fiction around a bible story, when we know it’s fiction, especially when it makes you think and is as lovely as this is. Thank you.
