Q: Who is eligible to purchase through Direct-to-Church?
A: Though Direct-to-Church was designed especially for churches, anyone can order in bulk according to the program terms.

Q: Can our church sell items purchased through the Direct-to-Church program?
A: No. The purpose of this program is to provide Crossway resources in bulk quantities for ministry use. Resale of products purchased through Direct-to-Church is prohibited.

Q: Can I work with my local bookstore to obtain the same bulk discounts?
A: Absolutely! Please encourage them to contact us (church@crossway.org) and we’d love to work with them.

Q: What items qualify for the Direct-to-Church discount?
A: All items in our catalog qualify for the Direct-to-Church discount, though exact quantities will vary for Bible purchases. For specific details, please contact us directly.

Q: I am a retail store and want to help churches order in bulk. What can I do to make these resources available to them?

Q: Can I order for my church but pay with my personal card?
A: Yes, and we’re happy to provide a reimbursement receipt.
