Double Your Gift to Equip Strategic Leaders with God's Word

An Important Update from Crossway's President

Dear Friend of Crossway,

I am writing to you today with an encouraging update—and to request your support to help us finish the last follow-up phase of the ESV Global Study Bible distribution initiative.

First, a quick update . . .

A little over one year ago, we launched a project to produce and distribute 250,000 ESV Global Study Bibles, free, to Christian leaders around the world where the need is greatest. I am pleased now to report that, by God’s grace, the final 23,000 copies will be delivered and distributed by an on-the-ground partner ministry in just three months. As soon as this is completed, all 250,000 ESV Global Study Bibles will have been delivered free to strategic leaders in over 70 countries. We celebrate the Lord’s faithfulness, and the generous support from so many that have enabled this project to become a reality.

Bible Resources Still Needed

Almost daily, Crossway receives requests for Bibles and other resources from Christian leaders serving on the frontlines of global ministry. Often, these leaders lack access to training and even the most basic Bible resources.

That’s why, on December 3, we launched a follow-up phase of the campaign aimed at raising enough funds to produce and distribute an additional 100,000 ESV Global Study Bibles.

By God’s grace, $261,528 has been raised thus far—enough to fund the distribution of an additional 65,382 ESV Global Study Bibles.

Your Gift Will Be Doubled

Today, we have the opportunity to partner together to equip God’s servants around the world with the most powerful resource available—namely, the Word of God.

With this in mind, and in an effort to place 100,000 additional ESV Global Study Bibles into the hands of pastors and church leaders all throughout the world, I am pleased to announce that every dollar you give towards the ESV Global Study Bible campaign—between now and March 31—will be doubled by Crossway, up to $69,236.

It is our prayer that, through these efforts, the Lord would provide the total funds needed to complete this distribution—equipping an additional 100,000 Christian leaders with copies of the ESV Global Study Bible!
