Bible Curriculum from The Biggest Story Brings Fun, Multimedia Lessons to Preschool Ministry

It’s never too early to introduce fun, gospel-centered Bible education. These preschool lessons, based on stories from Kevin DeYoung’s The Biggest Story Bible Storybook, use developmentally appropriate methods for early childhood learning, including sensory-based learning, simplified language and repetition, and play-based reinforcement. Lessons mirror the ones in The Biggest Story Curriculum for older children, so churches can run concurrent programs tailored for pre-K and K–5 groups.

The Biggest Story Preschool Curriculum’s modular design provides adaptable lesson plans, “Teach the Story” and “Gospel Connection” sections, discussion questions, and activity and craft options, plus downloadable materials to simplify planning. Volume 2, which features 16 Old Testament stories from Joshua through Esther, is also available as part of the 6-volume Biggest Story Preschool Curriculum: Box Set (sold separately).

  • Bible Curriculum for Pre-K: Lessons creatively retell stories from Scripture to help preschoolers understand God’s plan to redeem the world through his Son, Jesus
  • Designed for Sunday School, Children’s Church, and Homeschool Contexts: Colorful printed materials and lesson plans assist pastors, children’s ministry leaders, and parents alike
  • Easy-to-Follow Lesson Plans: Modular design can be adapted based on age, specific educational goals, or available time
  • Can Be Used as a Companion to The Biggest Story Bible Storybook: Created by a team of pastors, children’s ministry workers, and content creators, with illustrations by artist Don Clark
  • Integrates with Website: Users can download coloring pages, activity sheets, and craft templates
