Even as he neared the finish line, Paul understood that the written word, brought to him through the care of faithful friends, was vital for perseverance, clarity, and hope.

1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the continental United States.
2. Who covers shipping costs?
Churches and ministries receiving resources are responsible for shipping costs from our warehouse.
3. How do I pay for shipping if my request is approved?
Once approved, we’ll calculate shipping and send you simple payment instructions, including the option to pay by credit card through a secure third-party service. Orders ship after payment is received.
4. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary based on the size and quantity of the order.
5. May I share this opportunity with others?
Absolutely. If you know a church or ministry that could be served by these resources, we invite you to share this program with them. While approval isn’t guaranteed, all are welcome to apply.
6. How often may we submit a request?
Requests may be submitted as ministry needs arise. Availability and frequency depend on current supply and program capacity.
7. When should we expect our order to arrive?
After shipping payment is received, orders typically arrive within 10-12 business days, depending on location.
8. Is Crossway tax-exempt, and how do I submit a tax-exempt form?
Yes. Crossway is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and qualifying orders may be eligible for tax exemption. To apply your tax-exempt status, please submit your tax-exempt certificate through your Crossway Plus account. Once logged in, navigate to Account Settings, upload your documentation, and submit it for review. After approval, your tax-exempt status will automatically be applied to eligible orders.
