He is a cofounder and theologian-at-large of the Gospel Coalition and has written and edited nearly two hundred books. He and his wife, Joy, have two children and live in the north suburbs of Chicago.

He is general editor of Themelios, co-editor of Five Views of Christ in the Old Testament, and author of After Emmaus and other books. Brian lives with his wife, Kristin, and their four children in St. Paul, Minnesota.
